The Harlon Progress Party (HPP), previously known as the Harlonian Business Party (HBP), is a political party in Harlon. Since the 22nd of October 2023, the party is led by Westray, who also serves as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Harlon. The party currently governs in the one-party NicheGuy III Cabinet.

The party has been in government since the 14th of August of 2022, taking office after a vote of no confidence against former Prime Minister thegoldenportal's DAB government. The party has since maintained its government position in the general elections of October 2022 and April 2023, winning a majority of seats in the House of Assembly in both elections. This makes the party the longest consecutively governing party in Harlonian history, and its former leader NicheGuy the longest serving Prime Minister.

Prior to its current terms in office, the party also lead the government as the Nexalin Cabinet during the 4th parliament of Harlon, following the General Election of October 2021. The office of Prime Minister was held by the party's then leader, Nexalin.
