Introduction
Harlonian Centre Party (HCP) is one of the two oldest parties in the country. The current party leader is SirPenguinMay. He has guided the party since its foundation and formed two governments back in the 2nd and 3rd terms of the government. Currently, HCP has not been seated in Parliament but have one seat in the senate.
History
Foundation
Harlonian Centre Party (HCP) was formed back in October 2020. Its founder was current senate Kangeroo567 and SirPenguinMay. Back in April 2020, Kangeroo first founded the Central Party of Harlonian (CPH) and joined in the General Election that happened in the same month. They won 2 seats and become the second-largest party in the Parliament.
At the same time, Harlonian Party (HP) was formed by Optimized, they also attended the first general election of Harlon, they got 8 votes and successfully gained 3 seats, being the largest party in the parliament. It is not known whether CPH and HP did not form a collation government during the term.
Expansion
In October 2020 election, the Central Party of Harlonian (CPH) and Harlonian Party (HP) merged into Harlonian Centre Party(HCP). This began the rapid expansion of HCP, their number of party members growth added them during the election, they gained 13 votes and became the largest party inside Harlon. They also form a government without needing to cooperate with other parties.
