Emmaru Railways serves 7 stations in total, with the newest one being Stenford Bay, opened in early 2021. The lines have stops at City Airport, Stratford, Eastgate, Penrith Central, Stenford Bay, Penrith Riverside, and Stockholm Street. Stenford Bay is the southernmost station on the line, with transfer available to AST. Penrith Central is the terminal for most Emmaru trains, and has transfers available to the Overground and Millenium Lines. From here the line splits in two, rejoining at Eastgate. City Airport serves the Airport branch, and is the only station on Emmaru to not have connections to other train services. Penrith Riverside serves the Riverside Branch, and has connections to the Millenium Line. Eastgate serves all branches of Emmaru Railways, Riverside, Stratford, and Airport, and has connections to the District, Hamperton & City, and Overground lines. From here, the lines branch off to a terminus at either Stratford or Stockholm Street. Stratford is the northernmost station on the network, with connections to the Celcius Line. The westbound terminal for most trains is Stockholm Street, one of Harlon's major transit hubs, with connections to the Celcius, Hamperton & City, Circle, and Overground lines.

Emmaru trains have 2 depots. The first one is the Copenhagen Street depot, located between the stations of Eastgate and Stockholm Street. It is used to spawn trains headed for Penrith Central. The other one is the temporary EmmaruStratford depot, located right next to Stratford station, and is used to spawn trains from Stratford to either Stockholm Street or Penrith Central.
