It was constructed in September 2020 along with the rest of Eastside Plaza and Eastside Station. Together with the station, it was the first major thing built in the eastern end of Main Island. It was not until later in the year that the city would grow all the way to it.
It is a major Harlon landmark, and with proper render distance, it can be seen from across Main Island, the [[Port of Harlon]] and the eastern suburbs of the city. It is located across the river from the Old Town.
