Senate is a two-step democracy system in the Harlon Legislation system. Until January 2022, it has 5 members and they have to review acts or amendments that pass through the Parliament. After voting, they have the right to agree or reject the bills posted by the Parliament, even the bills have gained full support. They will have a regular meeting every two weeks, usually on Sunday, the day after the parliament session. |

Introduction
Senate is a two-step democracy system in the Harlon Legislation system. Until January 2022, it has 5 members and they have to review acts or amendments that pass through the Parliament. After voting, they have the right to agree or reject the bills posted by the Parliament, even the bills have gained full support. They will have a regular meeting every two weeks, usually on Sunday, the day after the parliament session.
Requirements
To become a member of the Senate, several requirements must have the rank Moderator or above. Once they reach the rank, they could be invited by a current member and after auditing, they can be a member of the senate.

Former Senate Member
Kovacs: being one of the earliest players to join the country, he was awarded as a Moderator back in 2018 and later joined the senate. Once the parliament was formed back in April 2020, he became the speaker until the 3rd term of his parliament. In late October, with he wanted to focus on his studies and personal work, he decided to resign all positions inside Harlon Government including his senate seat, thus being the first citizen to resign from both senate and parliament of Speaker.
